Why Low Carb Healthy Fat/Keto?

Here is why:

You may have heard people say “you cannot be keto for long.” Or “Keto is dangerous, it will kill you!” I know, I have heard those statements and more. I went LCHF/keto because my doctor told me it would be one way for me to heal my kidneys. At the time I was a vegan! 

I researched and found an internal medicine doctor, Dr. Annette Bosworth (AKA Dr. Boz on YouTube) who decided she needed to teach her patients how to prevent disease instead of following the practices she had been taught. She got me on the LowCarb/Keto bandwagon!

Scientists having been proving in study after study how dangerous processed food is for our bodies. Processed food does not only mean fast food, it means anything that is not in its natural state – including sugar, sweeteners, flours, any and all junk food (yes, even if they are labeled “Keto”).
